Before submitting a Booking Approval Form below, make sure you have first completed the following steps:

  1. Confirm that the date for event you are interested in booking is a minimum of 1 MONTH in the future.

    • We require a minimum of 1 MONTH advance notice to book events. Out of respect for our coordinator and the Cutco Events corporate team, we ask that you research events as far in advance as possible.

  2. Review the NFL Events Service & Sales Event Contact List to see if we already have a hotel contact in the area you are interested in booking a Service & Sales Event.

  3. Email the hotel using the following email template:

    “To Whom it May Concern,
    My name is
    Kadeem Samuels and I am representative of CUTCO Cutlery.

    [coming soon!]
    Thank you,
    Kadeem”

  4. Before requesting a contract, ask: “Is that your best price?”

  5. Request to have a contract emailed to you.

  6. Once received, review all details in your contract are correct: date(s), pricing, room sqft, & any other agreed upon terms.

  7. Forward the contract to floridaunitednorthevents@gmail.com with the subject line: “CONTRACT: (City) Service & Sales Event“

  8. When completing the form below, make sure the name of your event is an exact match to the name used in Step 7 above.
