Welcome  to FUN Events Training:

First of all, congratulations on earning the opportunity to work with the FUN Events Team!

Working events is a privilege that should not be taken lightly. At events, we are the face of Cutco so we want to make sure that we are always representing the amazing Cutco product line to the best of our ability.

Training will take place on Monday, February 12, from 9 AM - 12 PM in Tampa at the home of Ray & Nicole Reed. The address is: 7508 Park Drive, Tampa, Florida 33610. Especially if you are driving a bit to get here, please plan to be here a few minutes early so you are on time for your first day on our team. We will start at 9 AM sharp.

    2. For each event, please complete the following steps:

      1. Confirm that the event you are submitting isn’t currently listed on the 2024 NFL Events Show Schedule.

      2. Email the promoter (company or individual responsible for hosting the event) using the following email template - DO NOT CALL ANYONE WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM NICOLE:

        1. Subject Line: “(Event Name) Vendor Inquiry”
          “To Whom it May Concern,
          My name is
Nicole Reed and I am representative of CUTCO Cutlery. I am interested in being a vendor at your event on January 21-24, however, I would like to get some information before sending in an application.
          1) Has Cutco ever worked this event before?
          2) How many people attended this event last year?
          3) How long have you been running this event?
          4) How much does it cost to be a vendor?
I understand that this may be short notice but I would appreciate a timely response. Once I receive answers to my questions, one of my administrators will reach out to you for application processing.
If you could also please include an application for your event with your response that would be greatly appreciated!
          Thank you,
          Nicole”

      3. Receive confirmation that the promoter has space available for us at their event.

      4. Reply to their email and ask for a discount using the following template:

        1. Thank your for your response. If you don’t mind me asking, is there any flexibility with the cost of your event for first time vendors? Once we find an event that’s profitable for us, we typically rebook year after year, however, that being said, we try to minimize our risk as much as possible - especially for our first year testing out a new event. Please let me know what you can do and I’ll submit it to my supervisor for approval. Thanks in advance!”

      5. Forwarded the email response to the template above with the event application to floridaunitednorthevents@gmail.com
